A nova torre Eiffel

A firma francesa, Serero Architectes, apresentou recentemente o projecto de uma proposta para aumentar de 280 m2 para 580 m2, no último piso da torre Eiffel em Paris.

A colocação da estrutura seria feita em 2009, quando o ícone fará 120 anos desde a sua construção.

A estrutura a ser colocada (se a proposta for avante) será feita em Kevlar® de DuPont, uma fibra cinco vezes mais resistente que o aço.

Gostos não se discutem, mas polémica, não tenho dúvida que esta estrutura o é.

The french company, Serero Architectes, recently presented the proposal to increase to 280 m2 for 580 m2, in the last floor of the Eiffel tower, in Paris.

The placement of this structure would be made in 2009, when the city icon will make 120 years since it was built.

The structure, if being placed, will be made in Kevlar® de DuPont, a fibber five times more resistant than steel.
